Welcome to Christ Motive — a Christ-centered life coaching program designed to help you grow in purpose, faith, and strength. By using our services, website, or content, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Christ Motive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Coaching Services

Christ Motive provides faith-based life coaching, spiritual mentorship, and motivational resources. Services may include:

1-on-1 coaching sessions
Group coaching or community programs
Digital content, courses, or downloads
Email newsletters or devotionals

Note: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need mental health or medical support, please seek help from a licensed professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our coaching services.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment must be made before coaching sessions or courses begin unless stated otherwise.
Refunds are only provided under specific conditions and are not guaranteed.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a missed session. Repeated cancellations may result in discontinued services.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, growth, and actions. The coaching process is meant to empower and guide, not to take control of your choices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, videos, and materials provided by Christ Motive are the property of the program owner and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written permission.

You may use resources for personal use only.

8. Spiritual Disclaimer

While we are rooted in Biblical principles, spiritual growth is a personal journey. We encourage you to seek God and study scripture on your own as well.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone at any time, especially in cases of disrespect, inappropriate behavior, or breach of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Christ Motive and its coaches are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results that come from using our services. You accept full responsibility for your personal and spiritual growth.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version.

Return and Refund Policy

At Christ Motive, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 💖
If something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right—gracefully and fairly.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if:

The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or size
The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Please include your order number and photos (if needed).

🚫 We cannot accept returns for:

Worn, washed, or altered items
Final sale or clearance products
Custom or personalized orders
Returns due to selecting the wrong size (check our size chart, pretty please~ 🥺)

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

If it’s in stock, we’ll exchange it!
Buyer covers return shipping unless the mistake was on our end

Include your order number and reason
We’ll reply with return instructions
Pack it safely and ship it back (with tracking if possible)
